HSBC MPF eMPF Employer Registration Day (4 February 2026)

HSBC MPF - SuperTrust Plus was onboarded to the eMPF Platform on 29 January 2026.

Reminder

MPF contributions must now be submitted through the eMPF Platform. The payment due date for January 2026 MPF contributions is 10 February 2026. Employers who wish to continue using HSBC Business Internet Banking to submit the remittance statement to the eMPF Platform are required to register for the eMPF Platform and provide authorisation to the eMPF Platform.

 

To support your smooth registration for eMPF as an employer, we cordially invite you to attend the HSBC eMPF Employer Registration Day (Event time: 10:00am to 5:00pm). Our eMPF outreach team will be on-site to assist you. Please bring the required documents for on-the-spot registration.

  • 5 – 6 February 2026: Crystal Room, Level B3, Holiday Inn Golden Mile, 50 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui; or
  • 5 – 6 February 2026: 26/F, Canvas, The Park Lane Hotel, 310 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay; or
  • 9 – 10 February 2026: Meeting Room 2, Level 11, Nina Hotel, 8 Yeung Uk Road, Tsuen Wan

 

Required items for Employer eMPF registration:

  • HKID card of the Company Authorised Person (Passport holders are required to visit any of the eMPF Service Centres in person to complete the eMPF registration)
  • Company Authorised Person Appointment Form
  • eMPF Activation Code provided in the communication pack by your trustee
  • Business Registration Certificate (BR)/Certificate of Incorporation (CI)/Documents issued by your trustee to your company within 6 months preceding the date of registration for the eMPF Platform (such as correspondences or emails)
  • Download and register for 'iAM Smart'
